Ronald Wayne Williams

–

Midlothian, Texas

Ronald Wayne Williams was born on February 5, 1948 to B.A. and Virginia Williams in McKinney, Texas. He passed away on August 30, 2019 in Mansfield, Texas. Ronald served in the U.S. Army during Viet Nam. He retired as a Dispatch Manager from Bilbo Transports in 2016. Ron is survived by his wife of 51 years, Judy Williams; and sons Robert Williams and wife Ashley, and Jamey Williams; Sister Sharon Stewart and husband, Ken Stewart, Sr.; Grandchildren: Ethan, Landry and Carmen Williams; Brother-in-Law, William Robert Dunlap and wife, Betty; Sister-in-Law, Marcy Dunlap; various other aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. Ron loved his family a great deal and spending time together on holidays which was especially important to him. He loved watching his grandkids play any sport that happened to be in season no matter how many might be scheduled in any given week, this was probably his greatest joy. He and Judy were members of First Baptist Church of Midlothian where they loved to participate in the Senior Adult Group Explorers. Ron loved The Lord Jesus and although he would miss all those he left behind immensely, he knew a place had been prepared for him long ago by his Lord and Savior. Pastor Bruce Prindle of FBC Midlothian will conduct the Celebration of the Life of Ron.
