Peggy Darlene Pryor

Peggy Darlene Pryor, 58 years old, from Midlothian, Texas passed away on January 10th, 2018. Peggy was born on the Fourth of July, 1959 in Grand Prairie, Texas to Samuel Putman and Bessie Freeman (Barnes). Peggy lived in Grand Prairie and Irving before moving to Midlothian in 1970 where she made wonderful lifelong friendships and met the love of her life, Yogi. They married in 1976 and moved to Galveston. Peggy has two children - James Stuart Pryor, stepson, and Carly Lynn Pryor, daughter. They eventually returned to Midlothian in 1984. Peggy spent her life doting on her family and friends. She had a heart of gold, a gorgeous smile, and her laugh was contagious and hard to contain. She loved music, shopping at second hand stores with a knack for decorating, being at home with her family, and she was especially proud to be a Nana. She is proceeded in death by her father, Sam, her mother, Bessie, her sister Donna Braudaway, her brother Eddie Putman, and her nephew, Charlie Putman. She is survived by her husband, Grantland "Yogi" Pryor of Midlothian, her children James Pryor of Garland, Carly Pryor and Brad Grmela of Howe, her grandchildren James Michael Pryor, Vincent Pryor Molina, and William and Avery Grmela, her siblings Linda and Larry Bishop and Mike and Dana Barnes of Midlothian, and her nieces and nephews Brenda and Jerry Buck, Alice and Jason Morrow, Kim and Don Capp, Johnny Poarch, Donny Poarch, Brandi & Sonny Hiemenz, Payton Barnes and fiance Matthew Leidlein, Lindsey Barnes, Henley Barnes, Delanie Ewton, and Landon Ewton.
