Joy Elaine Graves

Joy Graves was born June 25, 1941 to James Clyde and Marie Dyer in Frost, Texas. She passed from her earthly life into the arms of Jesus on January 25, 2018 in Midlothian, Texas where she had lived for 41 years. She was the eldest of 5 children and is preceded in death by her father and mother, brothers James and Bill, and sister MaryAnn. Joy was married to her high school sweetheart, the love of her life, Hulan Graves, for 58 years. Joy loved to read and gather with family and friends. Grandchildren brought such joy to her heart and she saved and cherished every page colored, every rock, shell, or keepsake they ever gave her. Her sweet smile and her love for others will not be forgotten.
